Pampi Way offers the following services:

Food Delivery: Order food from various restaurants and have it delivered to your doorstep.
Grocery Delivery: Purchase groceries online and get them delivered to your location.
Mechanical Services: Contact to professional services for appliance repairs such as fridge repair, AC repair, and plumbing services.
Booking Services: Contact hotels and travel services seamlessly.
Parcel Courier Service: Send and receive parcels with door-to-door delivery services.

3. User Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that our services are available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services, and we are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by external factors.

5. Payments and Charges

Users agree to pay for the services they avail through the app. All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the app. We reserve the right to change our fees and pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service type:

Food Delivery: Orders can not be cancelled after placing the order. If customer receive wrong food item or any defective food item or bad quality item or any missing part of order , than refund will be processed within 5-6 working days . Refund amount would be depend on the order quality or quantity.

Grocery Delivery: Cancellations are allowed after placing an order. If customer receive wrong item or any defective item or bad quality item or any missing part of order , than partial refund will be processed within 5-6 working days . Refund amount would be depend on the order quality or quantity.

Mechanical and Booking Services: These services are only for contact the service providers . We do not take any responsibility if the service providers do not give you good service or for any disputes.

Parcel Courier Service: Cancellations can be made before the parcel is picked up.
No refunds will be provided once the parcel is in transit.

7. User Conduct

Users are expected to use the app in a lawful manner and to respect the rights of others. Any misuse of the app, including but not limited to, fraudulent activities, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights, may result in the termination of your account.

8. Third-Party Providers

Some services on the app may be provided by third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, quality, or performance of these third-party providers. Any disputes or issues with third-party services must be resolved directly with the provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pampi Way is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, delays, loss of data, or financial losses.
